My daughter (7) and son (5) joined the Singing Hands Children’s Choir in the Fall of 2019. I was thrilled to find this... program in our Paso Robles community! I started signing to my children when they were babies to help with meal times and communication before they were able to clearly articulate their needs or wants. It has been so nice to have a place where they can continue to learn and use such a valuable skill and language. Their director, Miss Vikky, chooses songs from a variety of genres and teaches the children not only how to sign but also how to perform and express the music through their movements.During Christmas time, the children dressed up in festive holiday attire (provided by Miss Vikky) and performed for the annual Vine Street event, which was such a highlight!!!We are so happy to be back in class with Miss Vikky this Fall 2020, and looking forward to the wonderful music and moments this group with create!read more
